24" 1440 PSI Sour Vertical Separator – Sauer / Petro-Field (2004)

This unit is a 24" OD × ~7–7.5 ft vertical sour service separator, designed for 1440 psig MAWP, complete with skid and housing, and supplied as a fully assembled separator package. Manufactured in 2004, the vessel carries CRN R-9025.2, with 100% X-ray, PWHT, 1/8" corrosion allowance, and a hydrotest pressure of 2160 psi.

Service is sour, and the separator was fabricated to Alberta standards. The available P&ID confirms a conventional 3-phase vertical configuration with standard instrumentation, controls, and relief protection typical of field production service.  Condition is rated PASC “B”, consistent with used but serviceable equipment. The unit is currently connected, as-is / where-is, with buyer responsible for removal, and seller to disconnect from process and electrical only.
