72" 655 PSI Sweet Horizontal Inlet Separator Package with Blowcase & Flare Knock-Out Drum

This listing comprises a fully engineered horizontal inlet separation system, including a 72" sweet service inlet separator, a dedicated inlet separator blowcase, and a flare knock-out drum, all installed within a purpose-built building at owners Compressor Station.

The primary separator is a 72" × 360" horizontal vessel, manufactured by Orban Energy (2006), designed for 4516 kPa MAWP, and registered under CRN R-0733.21. Internal components include an inlet deflector, baffles, and demister pad. The system is supported by a 36" blowcase (1200 psi) and a 48" flare knock-out drum, each with independent CRNs and full inspection documentation.

All vessels have undergone visual, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and API-510 inspections, with corrosion rates documented as minimal and remaining service life extending multiple decades. The system is classified as sweet service and is currently housed and connected.

Removal would require building access, disconnection, and coordinated lifting, which has been reflected in valuation assumptions. This package is well suited for facility redeployment, compressor station reuse, gas plant inlet service, or engineered resale, where documentation, pressure integrity, and regulatory compliance are critical.
